1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Peptidez website (peptidez.com) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products & Research Use
All peptide products sold by Peptidez are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Our products are not intended for human or animal consumption, and are not to be used as food, drugs, cosmetics, or household chemicals. By purchasing from Peptidez, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all products will be used exclusively for legitimate research purposes in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to violate our research-use policy. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information for all transactions.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Peptidez ships to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Temperature-sensitive peptides are shipped with appropriate cold-chain packaging to maintain product integrity during transit.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy. Products must be unopened, in their original sealed packaging, and stored according to our specifications. Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened or temperature-compromised products. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Peptidez website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Peptidez and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Peptidez and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Products are provided "as is" for research purposes, and we make no warranties regarding fitness for any particular research application.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
